Business Lending Partners: To host event highlighting local business owners’ paths to success

Town of Lawrence, WI – Business Lending Partners (BLP) will host a networking event called Not Another Lunch and Learn on Friday, September 16th from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Impact Sports Academy in the Town of Lawrence. There is no cost to attend, however, registration is required.

The event, sponsored by Fox Communities Credit Union, will showcase the stories of local business owners and their respective paths to success. Guests will uncover the creative solutions these business owners implemented to grow their businesses.

“Fox Communities Credit Union is proud to sponsor events like this, aimed at moving Wisconsin’s small business community forward,” said Chris Cumicek, Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending at Fox Communities Credit Union, and host of the event. “It is a great opportunity for local business owners to learn from those who have already walked the path to success.”

Guests will enjoy stories from local business owners about how they got started, how they handled milestones and challenges, expansion projects, and what resources they used along the way.

Patricia Grimm, Portfolio Manager at BLP said, “I’ve been working with small businesses in Northeast Wisconsin for a long time. This event is very special because it allows us to highlight the stories and the services of these businesses.”

Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. The event, structured as a panel discussion, will start at 11:30 a.m. Food and beverages will be served immediately following the event portion of the program. There will also be tours of the new Impact Sports Academy facility.
