Bayland Buildings, Inc.: One Source Technologies expands in De Pere community

DE PERE, WI– Bayland Buildings, Inc. is privileged to announce the groundbreaking for One Source Technologies as we have been selected as the design/build general contractor for a new 11,000 SF office with warehouse space.

One Source Technologies, Inc. was started in April of 2000 with the idea to provide superior low-voltage technology products and services to their clients.  These services include but are not limited to consulting, design-build, project management, and installation of voice, data, video, paging, audio-visual, security, and wireless networking systems throughout the United States.

One Source Technologies provides best-in-class products and services for its existing clients and leverage its experience to acquire new clients.  One Source Technologies will continue to grow its design-build services and provide managed services to support and maintain systems already in place.

“Our current building has served us well over the past 22 years, but unfortunately, we have outgrown its capacity and need a more efficient solution,” says Todd Benz, President of One Source Technologies, Inc., “We have been looking at a new facility for the past three years and we feel now is the right time.”

A groundbreaking was held on Friday, October 21st to celebrate the expansion of the organization. The new facility will allow One Source Technologies to hire new employees, increase its design-build capacity, improve overall project efficiency, and have better quality control on the programming and implementation of its technology solutions.
