WTCS: Board elects officers for 2021-22

RhinelanderWI – During a meeting hosted by Nicolet College in Rhinelander, the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Board elected new Board officers.

The Board elected Dr. Rodney Pasch, formerly of the Kendall-Wilton area, as President. Dr. Pasch is a graduate of Royall High School, UW Platteville, and UW Madison. In his leadership role, he will also serve on the University of Wisconsin (UW) Board of Regents. He and his wife Phyllis reside on their farm near Hillsboro.

S. Mark Tyler, founder and chairman of OEM Fabricators in Western Wisconsin, was elected Board Vice President. Douglas A. Holton, Sr., a retired Fire Chief with 25 years of service in the Milwaukee Fire Department, was elected Board Secretary.

Dr. Pasch succeeds Becky Levzow as Board President. Levzow, owner-operator of a family dairy farm and an ultrasound and nuclear medicine technician at Meriter Hospital, served two terms as Board President. Most recently, she led the Board through the development of strategic directions for the next five years and the System’s successful 2021-23 biennial budget proposal.
