WAUKESHA, WI (January 26, 2021) — The Waukesha County Community Dental Clinic, a non-profit dental provider for low-income families, announced its official rebrand as Community Smiles Dental.
Since opening in 2008, the Waukesha County Community Dental Clinic has been a vital resource for low-income families who are state insured or uninsured and consistently struggle with access to quality and affordable dental care. In 2018, the organization doubled its footprint with the addition of a second clinic in Menomonee Falls, thanks in large part to Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network. With services now extended to Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha Counties, a brand reflective of the organization’s growing reach and impact became an increasing need. Effective immediately the organization will operate as Community Smiles Dental.
“We have experienced consistent patient demand since opening our doors and have remained strategically focused on addressing the gap in dental care access in our area,” said Renee Ramirez, Chief Executive Officer. “Community is the core of who we are—we were built by community members, grown by community support, and look ahead with an unwavering commitment to serve those in our community with the greatest need.”
