BROOKFIELD, Wis., March 31, 2021 – Seroka & Associates announced today that Scott Seroka has been named president of Seroka Industrial Branding, a new vertical that offers branding, marketing and company culture services to the manufacturing industry.

Scott joined the family business in 1998 in a client service role but discovered his true calling after completing a leadership training course through Gordon Training International early in his career. When Scott made the connection between leadership, culture, and brand, and how each were dependent on the other to drive true company growth, he was able to add additional value to clients by offering a comprehensive culture component to Seroka’s service offerings.
