MILWAUKEE – Pabst Theater Group President and CEO Gary Witt released the following statement about today’s announcement that the “CNN Presidential Town Hall with Joe Biden” will air live from the Pabst Theater in Milwaukee on February 16 at 7 p.m. CT:

“We are proud that our strong, long-term relationships with groups like CNN give us opportunities like this,” Witt said. “We’re honored to host the President and shine a national spotlight on our city, our beautiful theater and the Marcus Corporation’s gorgeous Saint Kate arts hotel.”

CNN anchor Anderson Cooper will moderate the event, which will mark Biden’s first official trip since being sworn-in. CNN said the town hall will be invitation-only, socially distanced and follow Wisconsin’s Covid-19 guidance and regulations. For more information on the historic Pabst Theater, visit https://pabsttheater.org/history-old/.
