Old World Wisconsin: Brings the Family Fun Drive back this Memorial Day weekend

Eagle, Wis. – Grab your friends and family, pile in the car and head to Old World Wisconsin this Memorial Day Weekend for the “Family Fun Drive” event. The scenic tour which takes approximately 45 minutes allows guests to experience the site in a different way, in their own vehicles. The tour also includes routes not accessible during the regular season.

“It’s a great way for guests to see the site in a way they never have before,” said Dan Freas, site director of Old World Wisconsin. “While guests will be in their vehicles for the majority of the tour, there will be select opportunities to hop out for some Instagram-able photos at some of our favorite locations.”

Staying in their own vehicles, guests will travel along a set route, exploring vignettes that capture the beauty of Old World Wisconsin. There will be an interactive bingo game and an object identify game to help guests on their journey and to enhance the experience.

All vehicles will need to pre-register and will be given a specific time to allow for a window in between vehicles. The cost is $25.00 per vehicle. Guests can also pre-order a Snack Pack to enjoy during the drive, which includes cheese curds, summer sausage, asparagus and parmesan salad, lemon cookies, sugar cookies, grapes and lemonade! The snack pack is $25.00 and feeds two people.
