Green Bay, WI (November 16, 2021) – Green Bay-based tower construction and maintenance company Nsight Tower has acquired the assets of Tower Technologies, a tower construction and service company based in Prairie du Sac, Wis. With the unprecedented demand for skilled tower crews in the telecommunication industry, the purchase will allow Nsight Tower to expand its operations.
“The telecom industry is moving furiously to keep up with the surging demand for data from customers. Deploying 5G and enhancing 4G means moving radios to the top of towers, building new towers and adding small cells to networks, which all require the involvement of a tower technician. This acquisition will expand our capacity to meet the needs of telecom providers,” said Mark Naze, CEO of Nsight.
With the acquisition of the assets of Tower Technologies, Nsight Tower will add two crews to its existing three crews. The new crews will remain based in Prairie du Sac, near Madison, which expands the company’s service area for tower work to southern Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. Additionally, Brandon Naylor, formerly the owner and president of Tower Technologies, will join Nsight Tower as its training and quality assurance manager. This role will be dedicated to training new tower technicians, ensuring on-tower safety training for all team members, and conducting site audits to ensure high quality workmanship for Nsight Tower customers.
