MobCraft Beer: To release new kitchen menu featuring beer focused fare

MILWAUKEE – MobCraft Beer is launching a new and expanded kitchen menu.  In addition to offering pizzas and pretzels, the Walker’s Point brewery will now serve appetizers, sandwiches, soups, and salads.  The move to change the menu came from a desire to better serve taproom guests and to offer beer inspired fare.  The new menu is available starting Tuesday, February 16.

“Customers often asked if we had gluten free pizza crusts or options beyond pizzas.  While we had limited options before, now we have more robust offerings, so our customers have more choices and can order a more complete meal from our menu,” says Taproom Manager Marissa Salerno.

The new menu features expanded offerings for those with dietary restrictions, including more gluten friendly and vegetarian options.  Pizzas will now be available on gluten free crusts and several appetizers, including the Spinach and Artichoke Dip and Hummus and Tzatziki Platter, can be made gluten friendly.  Build your own pizza options offer a variety of combinations for vegetarians.  As the brewery continues to add to the menu, expect expanded vegan options.

House made ingredients and components that feature MobCraft Beer are also a highlight of new menu items.  The Italian Sub features a variety of Italian meats sliced in house as well as a homemade sandwich oil and bruschetta aioli.  The Caprese Salad is topped with a balsamic reduction made with MobCraft’s flagship beer, Bat$h!t Crazy Coffee Brown Ale, and fresh orange zest for a unique twist on the classic salad.  The Beer Cheese Soup is made with MobCraft’s Amber Ale.

While customers will still find their favorite pizzas on the menu, they will also find new items including shareable appetizers such as Stuffed Pork Medallions: thinly sliced pork loin stuffed with mozzarella, alfredo, roasted red pepper, and artichoke hearts that is breaded, baked, and cut into bite size pieces.  The Stuffed Pork Medallions are served with a Sour Golden Ale infused Creamy Pesto Alfredo sauce.

Menu items range from $4.00 to $17.00.  The entire menu can be found here.  MobCraft Beer serves food seven days a week from 3:00-9:00pm Monday through Thursday, from 12:00-9:00pm Friday and Saturday, and from 12:00-8:00pm on Sundays.
