GREENDALE, WI, November 10, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of U.S. CELLULAR, a 4,500 square foot net-leased property located in Greendale, WI, according to Todd E. Lindblom, regional manager of the firm’s Milwaukee office. The asset sold for $2,550,000.
Jeff R. Rowlett, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The Rowlett Group also procured the buyer, a private investor out of California.
U.S. CELLULAR is located at 5275 S 76th St in Greendale, Wisconsin. At the time of the sale, the tenant had just under seven years remaining on their recently extended lease term. The property is shadow anchored by Walmart and located across from a regional mall.
