Independent Business Association of Wisconsin: Presents “What Does a Commercial Real Estate Developer See for a Post-Covid Office Environment”

Milwaukee, Wis. – March 10, 2021 – The Independent Business Association of Wisconsin (IBAW) hosts Dave Arnold, executive vice president, Irgens, who will present “What Does a Commercial Real Estate Developer See for a Post-Covid Office Environment.” The meeting will be held on March 19, 2021, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Event will be held at the Wisconsin Club, 900 W Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis. A plated breakfast will be served.

Steve Kohlmann, Executive Director of IBAW, said, “The pandemic has changed the way America – and the world – does businesses. While more people are working from home than ever, commercial real estate is vital to the economic health of a region. Will the work-from-home trend continue? What does the future hold for commercial real estate and its occupiers? The answers in this presentation might surprise you.”

“This month we’ll hear from Dave Arnold, executive vice president of Irgens, one of Wisconsin’s largest developers of commercial real estate. Dave’s presentation will not only discuss the commercial real estate market but the health of construction industry and its economical impact now and in the future,” continued Kohlmann.
