Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce: Hosts chart your own path

Milwaukee, WI – October 28, 2021 — The award-winning Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce (GBCC), Brookfield, Wis., is hosting a series of mini work-sessions intended to support entrepreneurs and small business owners set and navigate a course to success. Carol White, president and CEO of GBCC, said, “After three fast-paced hours, you’ll walk away with a personalized audit to build, adjust or strengthen your business plan and overall business performance. Come prepared to work! We’ll spend 90 minutes walking through the audit, and then provide a forum to discuss business ideas, concepts, best practices, and other insights from those who have successfully navigated their own path in building their business.”

The first work-session in Friday, November 12, 2021, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. The session will be held at Home 2 Suites, 650 Larry Court, Waukesha, WI 53186. White continued, “For the entrepreneur and those thinking about launching a business, bring your venture ideas and test them against a proved framework, discover some of the hidden opportunities for ensuring success. For the business owner, validate the decisions you have made and refine your focus to ensure you’re working on the right business strategy.”

Joe Weitzer has a business mindset. He has demonstrated his business acumen in leadership roles building nationally recognized academic programs, reconstituted a business solutions center, and launched two successful business ventures including a successful consulting practice.

Weitzer has designed and tested a pre-audit to strategic planning that has ensured his ability to optimize the business performance of his clients. His audit has become a mainstay in assessing business opportunities and identifying vulnerabilities as a foundation to supporting their strategic planning process. For this program, he customized the audit to specifically “speak” to the entrepreneur and small business owner.
