Delaware North: American Family Field helps non-profits fundraise after set-backs during the pandemic

MILWAUKEE – Delaware North, the food and beverage service provider of American Family Field, has partnered with over 60 Wisconsin nonprofit organizations so far this year to raise funds at the ballpark for their causes. Delaware North has raised over $1.3 million dollars for the nonprofit community in past seasons.

With as few as four volunteers per game, nonprofit groups can sign up to work at a concession stands during a Brewers game, serve the best Ballpark food you’ll find in any major league stadium while taking home a percent of the night’s earnings, plus tips!

For groups like, Trinity Lutheran Church Youth Group, Ebenezer Stone Ministries, ALS, The Boys & Girls Club, Arrowhead Youth Hockey, St. Thomas More High School, Alverno College, Boy Scout of America and Triad Ministries are all raising significant funds running concessions stands at American Family Field.

“Our nonprofits volunteer during Brewer’s games so they can afford to travel for mission trips, learning and educational materials, upgrades to buildings, ballfields and playgrounds, team uniforms, travel costs, coaching expenses and facility rentals.” said nonprofit Recruiter, Mark Wilhelms.

“This program provides significant fundraising opportunities that can never be realized through car washes, bake sales or gala events” said General Manager of Sportservice at American Family Field, Kevin Jezewski.

Delaware North provides nonprofit groups with clean uniforms for every game, training, experience stand managers and free parking.

“Hey, the Milwaukee Brewers are winning and we need more NonProfit Groups!  Where else can a NonProfit group raise more money, in less time, with less people and have more fun doing it then at the Ballpark!” said Nonprofit Recruiter, Mark Wilhelms.

Wilhelms works with all NonProfit groups to quickly get them on board, trained and in concession stands in under a week. “It’s the best kept secret in Milwaukee, said Wilhelms, It’s easy, fun and profitable”
