Olympic Village at Sun Prairie, a 69-unit neighborhood of independent living homes for 55+, starts a new chapter in its commitment to senior living with the help of Attic Angel Management Services.
Olympic Village was built more than 20 years ago by Independent Living Inc., which managed the duplex-style property until recently. A newly created not-for-profit corporation, Olympic Village Inc., has taken ownership of the senior community located at 1000 Hunters Trail (just off Hwy. 151 and O’Keeffe Avenue). Olympic Village Inc. now partners with Attic Angel Management Services to oversee all aspects of its operations.
The partnership brings Attic Angel’s historic Gold Standard for senior care to the Olympic Village residents and opens their door to priority access to levels of health care provided within Attic Angel Community in Middleton.
Attic Angel Community is the umbrella name that encompasses four not-for-profit corporations: a senior living facility with four levels of care, a neighborhood of independent-living homes for seniors, a management company that provides services to similar facilities and organizations, and the philanthropic Attic Angel Association, which began in 1889 with a mission to care for the area’s most vulnerable. The Association’s hallmarks are volunteerism and fundraising that provide solutions for quality of life in Dane County. The mission is imbued in all four corporations.
