PEWAUKEE, WI (May 6, 2021) – Ampersand, a Southeast Wisconsin-based strategic marketing, advertising, and growth agency, has added Valerie Anderson as Project Manager and Alaina Kallas as Digital Marketing Specialist.

Valerie Anderson joins Ampersand’s Client Services Workgroup as a Project Manager. In this capacity, she builds and maintains client relationships, manages marketing projects, ensures timely project delivery, and oversees strategic initiatives for client accounts.
Prior to joining Ampersand, Anderson was an account executive for a Milwaukee-based full-service marketing agency, serving clients in the home building, healthcare, HVAC, and ticketed entertainment industries. She graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2018, receiving a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on advertising.

Alaina Kallas joins Ampersand as Digital Marketing Specialist. Her responsibilities include digital advertising, strategy, and analysis, social media management, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
In 2019, Kallas earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government from The American University in Washington, D.C. She also minored in French Language and spent a semester at L’Institute Catholique de Paris.
“I have extensive internship experience in the nonprofit, government, and political campaign sectors with some of our nation’s heavy hitters. This gives me a unique perspective on communication and economic strategies,” said Kallas. “I’m very excited to enter the marketing agency world with Ampersand and apply these strategies to our clients’ businesses.”
