The tower Heritage Center: Why not nnowing the old courthouse is a good thing

Join new Executive Director Steve Stuckey as he explores the architectural history and building technology of the Old Courthouse and Old Jailhouse Museum. You and Steve will climb over 100 stairs to capture the amazing view from the tower of the Old Courthouse; touch the iron bars of the Old Jailhouse Museum, and peer through remarkable original color glass windows!

Steve is the former Architectural Conservator at George Washington’s Mount Vernon home in Virginia. He has published articles about building technologies, dirtied his hands on fixing old building parts, and has an outgoing passion for old and historic buildings.
