SymphonyCare: Welcomes Mohanbabu Vaishnav as VP of Engineering

MADISON, Wis. May 6, 2020 — SymphonyCare, a leading provider of advanced healthcare analytics solutions, today announced the addition of Mohanbabu Vaishnav, as its vice president of engineering to its leadership team. Mohan brings more than 18 years of experience in product management, design and delivery of platforms and systems, data integration and operations.

Mohan specializes in building and executing IT strategies while scaling organizations. He will lead all technical aspects of the company’s products and solutions and work with senior leadership to develop the IT road map for the future.

Before joining SymphonyCare, Mohan served as the regional manager of integration and implementation practices for CNSI, where he partnered with healthcare and IT leadership teams at Michigan, Illinois and Utah Medicaid agencies. He led the delivery and operations of many key initiatives, including Meaningful Use, ICD10 Implementation, Provider Enrollment and Credentialing, ACA mandates, Medicaid Expansion and data warehouse conversions. He was also one of the key contributors in designing and implementing an industry-first Medicaid-as-a-Service, a multi-state cloud MMIS solution for Michigan and Illinois.

Recently as a senior manager at CUNA Mutual Financial Group (CMFG), Mohan was instrumental in building and scaling Microsoft Azure platform services, DevOps teams, and API platform capabilities as the company embarked on an agile, cloud journey. He also served as a trusted advisor for C-suite executives and leadership teams at Dean Health Plan to transform ETL, data warehouse and analytics capabilities. He also led the development of HL7 integrations and UI/UX design of patient kiosks at Barnes-Jewish Healthcare.
