MADISON, WI, September 2, 2020—Today, RE/MAX INTEGRA, the largest sub-franchisor of RE/MAX LLC., is pleased to announce the expansion of RE/MAX Preferred as it opens its first luxury office in Madison, WI. This new RE/MAX Preferred office will be the first RE/MAX Collection luxury office for RE/MAX INTEGRA located in Wisconsin and will be led by Pam Raschein and Dan Bertelston.

With 12 current locations already serving five counties, RE/MAX Preferred is a key contributor to the success of the RE/MAX brand in south-central Wisconsin. The new office will be located in the heart of Madison on Regent St. in the historic district.

Additionally, for the Midwest region in 2019, RE/MAX sold 450+ more luxury homes compared to 2018. RE/MAX was also number one in luxury ends for the Midwest, which includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Indiana. This new office in Madison, WI with help to further RE/MAX’s success in the Midwest by serving past and present clients, while also providing luxury service offerings to high-end clients around the Madison area.
