RAMLOW/STEIN Architecture + Interiors: Rolls out new name, branding effort

MILWAUKEE (Sept. 17, 2020) – Uihlein/Wilson – Ramlow/Stein Architects is announcing a name change and new branding as part of the firm’s next step in its evolution as one of the area’s leading architecture and interior design firms.

The firm is now known as RAMLOW/STEIN Architecture + Interiors.

The change in name and branding comes three years after Scott Ramlow and Nat Stein, both long-time partners at the firm, took full ownership from David Uihlein and Del Wilson, who stepped down 32 years after launching the firm.

“The firm’s name and branding is changing, but our approach to doing the right thing for our clients, which has allowed this firm to grow for more than 30 years, is staying the same,” said Scott Ramlow, the firm’s president.

In addition to the name change, the firm has launched a new website at ramlowstein.com. RAMLOW/STEIN Architecture + Interiors will continue to maintain its focus on serving architectural markets that include higher and primary education, historic preservation, housing, sports and hospitality facilities, workplace, retail, and religious buildings.

The firm’s new brand puts an emphasis on its award-winning interior design services, led by Tara Christian, which have grown into an important offering and critical ingredient to creating spaces that enhance living, business, and community experiences.

“Our work has a lasting impact that requires a broad approach to creating spaces that are inviting, inspiring, and have meaning for those who use them,” said Nat Stein, vice president. “Our brand is designed to underscore our full capabilities as a firm.”
