Old World Wisconsin: Offers Fall Family Fun Drive this October

Eagle, Wis. – Old World Wisconsin will be offering a “Fall Family Fun Drive” at the site on select dates in October. The scenic tour (approximately 45 minutes) allows guests to experience the site in a brand new way, in their own vehicles. The tour includes routes not accessible during the regular season.

“We are excited to bring this new experience to our guests,” said Dan Freas, site director of Old World Wisconsin. “It’s a great way for guests to see the site in a way they never have before as well as a chance to see what the picturesque architecture and landscape looks like in the fall.”

Staying in their own vehicles, guests will travel along a set route, exploring vignettes that capture the beauty of Old World Wisconsin. There will be an interactive Bingo Game to help guests on their journey and to enhance the experience.

“While guests will be in their vehicles for the majority of the tour, there will be select opportunities to hop out for some Instagram-able photos at some of our favorite locations,” continued Freas. “So, grab your friends and family, pile in the car and get ready to have some fun.”

All vehicles will need to pre-register and will be given a specific time to allow for a window in between vehicles. The cost is $20.00 per vehicle. Guests can also purchase a Fall Flavor Sampler to enjoy during the drive. The Fall Flavor Sampler must be pre-ordered and it includes apple cider donuts, landjaeger sausage and pumpkin cookies. The sampler feeds two people and costs $20.00.
