MEC Outdoors: Seeded 6th in the Top 16 Bracket of The Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin Contest

MEC Outdoors, of Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (MEC) is pleased to announce they have been seeded 6th in the Top 16 bracket of the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin Contest. This annual contest hosted by the WMC (Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce) & Johnson Bank is a tribute to companies with products that are made in Wisconsin.

Nearly 150 products were nominated in the contest and thanks to the popular vote, the MEC 600 Jr. Mark V Shotshell Reloader has earned the 6th seed. MEC Outdoors of Mayville, Wisconsin has been building this single stage shotshell reloader since the early 1970s. The ease of use and quality has made it the world’s #1 shotshell reloader.

Now in its 5th year, the Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest operates in a tournament-style bracket called Manufacturing Madness. The MEC 600 Jr. Mark V is now going head to head with the other Top 16 products. Voting for the Top 16 will end on September 27 with the Top 8 being announced on September 1.
