(Chicago, Ill, Buffalo, N.Y., Green Bay, Wis.) Compliance Team, Inc. of suburban Chicago has been acquired by Guideline Medical of Buffalo, N.Y. Cornerstone Business Services initiated the transaction and assisted in negotiations as an adviser to the seller.
Compliance Team is a best‐in‐class technical services and solutions provider to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. It will continue to operate as Compliance Team, LLC; retaining all of its current services and employees. Compliance Team’s CEO, Michelle Bonn, is now CEO for both Guideline Medical and Compliance Team LLC, which will operate under the umbrella of Guideline Medical.

The acquisition closed in May, 2020. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
