MADISON, WI — JUNE 5, 2019 – First Business Growth Funding, the accounts receivable financing arm of First Business Financial Services, Inc., today announces that Violet Hickox was hired as Vice President, Underwriting.
Violet has over 25 years of experience in Asset-Based Lending and Accounts Receivable Financing. Prior to joining First Business, she was a Vice President Underwriting for 10 years, and began her career in credit as an account manager. Violet transitioned to Underwriting because she enjoys working with a varietyof businesses.

Violet obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from DePaul University. A member of the Chicago chapter of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA), Violet also has worked with the Chicago chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) to organize women’s networking events. She has volunteered for many years with the Naperville Humane Society.
