Schenck announces new shareholders
WISCONSIN – Schenck SC is pleased to announce Joseph Schirger, Jr., CPA, MT, and Justin Schneider, CPA, have recently been named shareholders of the organization.
Schirger has more than 25 years of accounting experience providing tax consulting and tax compliance solutions for businesses and individuals. He is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing & Distribution and Real Estate & Construction teams and is a firm-wide resource for 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, 263(a) regulations and other technical tax needs.
Schirger holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver and a BBA in accounting from St. Norbert College. He is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Schirger also serves on the board of directors for Interfaith Caregivers of Ozaukee County and as chair for the accounting and budgeting committee at St. Francis Borgia, Cedarburg.
Schneider provides accounting, consulting and tax services to a variety of clients, helping them work through the challenges facing their businesses and plan for the future. He is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing & Distribution team and Small & Emerging Business service line.
Schneider holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and is a retired member of the Air National Guard. He is also a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Schneider serves as a board member on the Port Washington-Saukville Rotary Club and is a member of the Mequon-Thiensville, Port Washington and Saukville Chambers of Commerce.
