Breakthrough: Announces plans for new corporate headquarters

The new office will be constructed as part of Downtown Green Bay’s Shipyard development

Green Bay, Wis. – Breakthrough, a pioneer in the field of transportation energy and information management, announced the creation of a new headquarters as part of the Shipyard development in the Broadway District of Downtown Green Bay. The announcement was made at a press conference hosted at Breakthrough’s current headquarters. Breakthrough President and CEO Doug Mueller was joined by representatives from the City of Green Bay, Perfoma, Inc. and Commercial Horizons.

“Breakthrough has been and will continue to be committed to the revitalization of Downtown Green Bay,” said Mueller. “We believe that this new headquarters, as part of the Shipyard development, will help us attract and retain the smart, passionate, and edgy talent we seek as Breakthrough continues to grow.”

Breakthrough plans to break ground in Spring of 2019 and move into the space early 2020. The approximately 40,000 square-foot building will house all Green Bay-based Breakthrough team members under one roof and will provide room for future expansion to accommodate the company’s continued growth. The new facility will also provide a Breakthrough Experience for the company’s valued clients when they meet in Green Bay to further their transportation energy and supply chain strategies.

“We are excited to bring the Breakthrough team under one roof with space to innovate, collaborate and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients,” said Mueller.

Breakthrough will move all operations to the new location, vacating the current Depot location, but has plans to maintain its presence at the Technology and Innovation Center, located at Backstage at the Meyer.
