Portillo’s, the fast casual concept known for its menu of Chicago-style favorites, proudly announces an April opening for its new restaurant at 8705 W. Sura Lane in Greenfield, WI. The restaurant will be the second Portillo’s location in Wisconsin, following the opening of a Brookfield location in July 2016.
“We are excited at the opportunity to bring a second Portillo’s to our neighbors to the north,” said Portillo’s CEO Keith Kinsey. “It has been a pleasure working with the city of Greenfield to make this happen.”
The Greenfield location will serve Portillo’s beloved and classic menu items, including Chicago-Style Hot Dogs, Italian Beef Sandwiches, char-grilled burgers, fresh salads, and Portillo’s famous Chocolate Cake.
The 9,000 square foot restaurant offers seating for over 180 guests, with two drive-thru lanes and a seasonal outdoor patio that can accommodate an additional 52 guests. As with all Portillo’s locations, guests can seek out a concealed homage to founder Dick Portillo and his wife Sharon; a hidden sign that proclaims, “Dick Loves Sharon.”
