Appleton, Wisconsin – Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. is proud to announce the staff additions of Ryan Schleihs as field project manager and Brian Zeller as project manager.

Schleihs has more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry and is a certified NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) Level 2 inspector. He most recently was vice president of construction/project manager/estimator at Panacea Group LLC.

As a field project manager at Hoffman, Schleihs is responsible for the coordination of daily activities at the project site, including maintaining a safe work site and keeping to the construction schedule. He also works closely with clients to evaluate the delivery of specifications and ensure that subcontractors are completing work to meet project requirements and plans.

Zeller comes to Hoffman from Design 2 Construct Development Corp. where he served as a senior project manager. Zeller has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry and is a member of the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineers Association (WHEA).

In his role as a project manager at Hoffman, Zeller is responsible for overall project coordination, ranging from managing the construction process to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with budget, schedule and quality of the completed facility.
