Janesville, Wis. November 13th, 2017 – Blain’s Farm & Fleet stores will close on Thanksgiving Day to allow associates and customers to spend the holiday with family and friends before re-opening at 6:00AM on Black Friday, November 24, 2017.

“At Blain’s Farm & Fleet, family comes first and for 62years, our stores have closed to allow our associates a happy and restful Thanksgiving Day with their families,” says Jane Blain Gilbertson, CEO and President. “I’m honored to continue the traditions created by my dad, Bert Blain and Uncle Claude Blain. We’re a second generation, family-owned business and, thanks to our strong family values, we will continue to be closed on all major holidays to show our gratitude to the more than 4,400 associates who work hard for our company and communities year round. We’re happy to see more retailers following our trend of closing for Thanksgiving. We hope our customers understand and appreciate that we honor our past, our traditions, our associates and our communities as we truly have so much to be thankful for.”

Blain’s Farm & Fleet wishes everyone a relaxing and happy Thanksgiving Day full of food, family, friends, and of course, great football. “We look forward to serving our communities when we re-open on Black Friday with amazing sales and a fun Farm & Fleet store experience.”
