1848 Construction is excited to announce the start of construction of a new building in Sauk
City, WI, that Tools of Marketing, Inc. will call their new home. Tools of Marketing is a
promotional product distributor with access to products from over 3,000 suppliers. The land,
located in the industrial park in Sauk City, was officially purchased on Friday July 7, 2017, the
ground breaking ceremony was Monday August 14th, and construction of the 9,725 square foot building will begin soon.
