Madison, Wisconsin –WEA Insurance Corporation (WEA Trust) introduced the company’s new corporate brand and logo. The branding change coincides with the evolution of WEA Trust as an organization that was formed to insure public school employees to a company that has expanded its mission to now serve all Wisconsin public employees.
“We want to tell a new WEA Trust story to our customers and members, and a new logo signals that change” said Mike Quist, Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer. “This rebrand will let us tell the story of the new and exciting things that are happening for our existing customers and prospects across the state.”
As a not-for-profit company, caring for members will always be central to WEA Trust. For the organization, this rebrand is a renewed commitment to being wise stewards of healthcare. WEA Trust has demonstrated its commitment to being the leading health insurer for public employees throughout Wisconsin. They were endorsed by the League of Wisconsin Municipalities, launched a jointly self-funded health plan for smaller groups and are debuting a large group self-funded product this year. They have also introduced several industry-leading value added programs such as Vitality (wellness), Amwell (telehealth) and Livongo (diabetes management).
