He is Managing Shareholder of Wagner Law Group, S.C. Over the course of his career, he has served as counsel for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individuals. Wagner has handled a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including anti-trust, contractual disputes, securities fraud, and shareholder disputes. He graduated from Marquette Law School, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (J.D., cum laude) in 1989.

Andrew G. Frank:

He is a shareholder at Wagner Law Group, S.C., with many years of litigation and trial experience. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all areas of commercial litigation, defended various carriers in heavy-duty truck and bus accidents, and successfully prosecuted and defended construction defect cases. Frank graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D., cum laude) in 2002.

Anne Morgan Plichta:

She is a shareholder at Wagner Law Group, S.C. and has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including contract and UCC disputes. In addition, she has experience in mediation and arbitration at the national and local level. Plichta earned her B.A. from Harvard College and in 2000 received her J.D. from Northwestern Law School, where she was named Executive Editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business.
