Tundraland expands into Madison Community-conscious home improvement company moves forward with expansion into south central Wisconsin market

MADISON, Wis. (June 9, 2016) — Tundraland Home Improvements, a Wisconsin-based remodeling company that specializes in sunrooms, baths and replacement windows, is moving forward with plans to open a new showroom in Madison, Wisconsin to accommodate the demand of its bath and window division. The company plans to hire an additional 60 employees in the Madison area.

Known for its community initiatives through the Tundraland Cares program, including sponsoring music scholarships, providing families with free window installation and raising $15,000 to buy a state-of-the-art wheelchair for a Vietnam-era veteran without the use of his legs, company president and owner Brian Gottlieb chose Madison as an ideal next step for the growing company because of the city’s high level of philanthropic activity.

“We chose to expand in Madison because the community aligns with Tundraland’s core values of giving back by sharing time and talent at the office and outside of it, and that is the type of community we want to bring jobs to,” Gottlieb said. “I’m incredibly proud of the culture of giving at Tundraland. Our employees are given a career path–not just a job–and they will happily tell you it’s the best place in Wisconsin to work because of our culture.”

In addition to its community initiatives, the company is known for being a proud partner of the Green Bay Packers.
