Broomfield, CO (April 5, 2016) – Noodles & Company, serving classic noodle and pasta dishes from around the world, announced it will open its new Milwaukee, WI location on Monday, April 18th. The restaurant will open at 10:30am and is located at 1310 Miller Park Way.

Noodles & Company recently announced they are inviting guests to explore the culinary traditions of Asia and experience the flavors of Korea, Thailand, Japan and China by highlighting dishes from its Asian menu category. The company will be opening with their hot new menu item: Korean BBQ Meatballs. This new menu item is tossed with Gochujang sauce – a sweet, spicy Korean condiment made from red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans and salt, and is being hailed by food trend experts across the globe as the next Sriracha. Noodles & Company is the first national chain to feature Gochujang – the next must-have flavor – on its menu.
The company will also be opening with their newest items for future foodies: Kids Meals. The new, customizable Kids Meal gives children age 10 and under the option to choose their entrée, two sides and a drink, all for the price of $5.00. The Kids Meal menu includes Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Buttered Noodles and Grilled Chicken with Marinara Dipping Sauce and sides, such as broccoli, carrots, fruit or applesauce. Future foodies can add protein or veggies to any dish for the regular protein/veggie add-on price. They also have the option of substituting gluten free pasta, free of charge.
Noodles & Company also recently introduced a new catering program that will be available at this new location. Noodles Catering includes the company’s NoodlesBar offering, serving buffet style meals for 20 or more people comprised of main entrées, sides and desserts, as well as A La Carte individual pans that serve up to 10 people each and are great for adding variety to larger spreads or feeding a small get together. The 2,700 square-foot Miller Parkway Noodles & Company, which has seating for 71 guests inside the dining room and 28 guests on the outside patio, is the 31st location to open in the state of Wisconsin.
