Madison – Hupy and Abraham, S.C., personal injury law firm, has announced Attorney Kyra Plier became a new attorney for the firm.
Attorney Plier joined Hupy and Abraham in August 2013 as a law clerk, and was recently promoted to an Associate Attorney for the firm. She will be representing Hupy and Abraham clients in various personal injury areas.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in criminology and law studies from Marquette University in 2010, Attorney Plier earned her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 2014. Prior to joining Hupy and Abraham, she worked as a legal intern at a variety of institutions, which include the Wisconsin State Defenders Office. Attorney Plier recently assisted on a motorcycle accident case where a client was severely injured. The case settled for $3.1 million.
She is licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin. Attorney Plier is also a member of the Association of Women Lawyers, Milwaukee Bar Association, Pro Bono Society, Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association, Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.
