Neenah, Wis. (February 17, 2016) – First National Bank – Fox Valley (FNB Fox Valley) has hired Sydney Johnson as a Teller, Kevin McCarty as Credit Supervisor and has promoted Jennifer Miller to Regional Teller Supervisor and Cathy Brazee to Commercial Loan Support Lead.
Johnson will be stationed at FNB’s Neenah branch as a part time Teller. Sydney has several years of customer service experience and is currently an Undergrad student at UW Oshkosh who will be earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Finance this May.
McCarty has been appointed as the Commercial Credit Supervisor and will be stationed out of the Bank’s corporate location in Neenah. With 14 prior years of experience in the financial industry, most recently as a Sr. Underwriter for Asset Based Lending at Huntington Bank in Ohio, Kevin is well-versed in credit and process improvements. He will be responsible for managing FNB’s commercial credit department, exception tracking, maintaining loan loss reserves and loan policy, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
Miller has been a member of FNB’s retail team since July of 2011 and has served as a Teller, Teller Supervisor and most recently as the Retail Administrator before being promoted to her current role as Regional Teller Supervisor. Jennifer will oversee FNB’s frontline teller staff in all 5 branch locations.
Brazee has worked in FNB’s Commercial Lending department since 2009 as a Commercial Client Service Specialist. In her new position as Commercial Loan Support Lead, Cathy will lead a portion of the Commercial operations team, working closely with loan officers and customers to provide upfront service, support and coordination of commercial loans.
