FNB Fox Valley Makes Changes to Board of Directors

Neenah, Wis. (February 11, 2016) – First National Bank – Fox Valley’s (FNB Fox Valley) Board of Directors has elected Dustin McClone to replace Tim Bergstrom as the new Vice Chairman of the Board and has added Fritz Merizon as a Director.

Upon Tim Bergstrom’s decision to retire from his position as Vice Chair of FNB Fox Valley’s Board of Directors, a unanimous vote named Dustin McClone as the new Vice Chairman.

McClone has been a member of FNB Fox Valley’s Board of Directors since September of 2009.

Mr. McClone is an Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits with McClone Insurance Group where he works with various departments to ensure strategic direction and excellent customer service for McClone’s clients. Aside from his new position as Vice Chair of FNB Fox Valley’s Board, he currently serves as a Director for the Boys and Girls Club of the Fox Valley and as a Trustee for St. Mary’s Catholic Schools. Mr. McClone graduated from Marquette University with a double major in Finance and Economics.

FNB Fox Valley also welcomes Fritz Merizon as the newest member of their Board of Directors. Mr. Merizon is the retired President and Owner of Modern Business Machines based out of Appleton. In addition to his Board position at FNB Fox Valley, Mr. Merizon serves as a Director for Omni Resources and Legacy Private Trust Company. He also serves as a Board member of Future Neenah, Inc. and the Fox Valley Sailing School.
