First Business Promotes Melissa Noble and Rachael Wendt
MADISON, WI, January 12, 2016 – First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBIZ) announced today that Melissa Noble and Rachael Wendt have been promoted to Credit Team Leads.
Melissa joined First Business in 2007 as a Loan Support Representative with 11 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. In 2010 she was hired as a Credit Analyst, and promoted to Senior Credit Analyst in 2012. Melissa participates in several fundraising events throughout the year including the AHA Heart Walk, the Bike for Boys and Girls Club fundraising ride, and is a 2015 United Way of Dane County key club member. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Rachael started at First Business in 2011 as a Credit Analyst. She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin –Madison and holds a second degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Outside of work, Rachael volunteers for the IRS VITA (volunteer income tax assistance) program as a Quality Reviewer and is also a member of the United Way of Dane County’s Rosenberry Society.
