First Bank Financial Centre, President & CEO Mark Mohr, Honored

Oconomowoc (April 25, 2016) – First Bank Financial Centre (FBFC), a full-service, community bank that has served southeastern Wisconsin since 1859, was recognized by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as a Top Workplace at their annual award breakfast on April 22. The publication has bestowed the award for seven years, and FBFC is one of only a handful of companies to have earned the recognition in each of those years.

“It’s an honor to be recognized for seven straight years” said FBFC President & CEO, Mark Mohr. “We strive to create a work environment that is rewarding for our employees, and I’m glad we’re achieving that goal. We couldn’t provide exceptional customer service without the hard work of each and every employee; they’re the key to our success.”

Additionally, Mohr was honored with the program’s Leadership Award. It’s the third time in seven years that Mohr has earned this honor.

“Mark is a true leader in every sense of the word,” said FBFC Marketing Director Jeff McCarthy. “He leads by example and is visible in every one of our locations. Our positive work environment is a direct reflection of Mark’s leadership.”

The award is the second major recognition Mohr has received in the last six months. In December 2015, Mohr was named the National Community Banker of the Year by the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA).
