MILWAUKEE, Wis. –January 04, 2016–The American Deposit Management Company (ADM) is pleased to announce the addition of Jacob Stark as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.
Jacob will lead ADM’s national sales and marketing efforts as an integral member of the company’s senior leadership team. One of his primary initiatives will be to further develop tools and systems to enable ADM to meet its short and long-term objectives for its clients. Additionally, he will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the customer and partner sales experience.

An innovative and experienced sales leader, he has successfully developed markets, channels and strategies for the sustained growth of companies throughout his career. Prior to joining ADM, Stark held leadership positions in some of the top consumer product companies in the U.S. including Fiskars, ScentBlocker, Delta McKenzie Targets and Lang Brands. In those roles, he excelled in creating partnerships and building trust that is often not found in today’s competitive markets.

In addition to his extensive leadership background, for over a decade Jacob has worked diligently as a volunteer leader mentoring middle and high school children through an organization called Young Life. Young Life provides mentorship to students from all walks of life, including developmentally disabled, troubled youth and students looking to grow in their faith.
