WHYTE HIRSCHBOECK DUDEK S.C. NAMES JOSHUA LEVY
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TEAM CO-LEADER

MILWAUKEE – January 21, 2015 – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. (WHD) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Joshua B. Levy to its Construction Services Team, of which he serves as co-leader. Levy’s time in private practice and as general counsel has resulted in tremendous experience and knowledge in all areas of construction on behalf of contractors, designers, owners and developers.

Levy practices out of the firm’s Milwaukee office where, in addition to construction, he focuses on, commercial and corporate litigation and labor and employment law. Levy has addressed these topics in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. His goal is to establish relationships that enable clients to avoid litigation as well as prepare systems and structures to prevail if unavoidable litigation results.

Levy earned his B.A. from Colorado College, and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991.

“We are very excited to bring Josh on as a leader of our Construction Services Team,” says WHD’s Chief Executive Paul Eberle. “His extensive experience in the construction industry will be invaluable to our clients and lead them to success.”
