MADISON – August 12, 2015 – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. (WHD) is pleased to announce that Angela Black has joined Brad Dallet as co-leader of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Black is a shareholder in WHD’s Madison office where she is a member of the Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Finance, Construction Services and Communications Law teams. She has more than 13 years of experience representing individual, business and lender clients in all aspects of project development, including land use, commercial real estate, financing, commercial leasing, construction contracting and M&A transactions. She has represented developers in a number of high-profile urban infill and redevelopment projects in the Madison area.

Black was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in Real Estate Law and has received repeated recognition in the area of real estate by Wisconsin Super Lawyers. She is a board member of Smart Growth Greater Madison, a member of Downtown Madison, Inc.’s Government Relations Committee, and is involved in a number of other local and national trade and charitable organizations.

Black received her B.A. from Boise State University, and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School where she was Senior Note and Comment Editor of the Wisconsin Environmental Law Journal.
