Series offers ongoing learning events for owners, executives, financial, accounting, and tax professionals

Milwaukee, WI, (July 24, 2015) – Valuation Research Corporation (VRC), a leading provider of independent valuation services to U.S. and international businesses for more than 40 years, will launch the Executive Education Series, bi-monthly seminars designed to offer ongoing learning opportunities for financial, accounting and tax professionals, leadership executives and owners of both privately-held and public companies.

VRC’s team of experienced professionals will partner with locally- and nationally-known thought leaders to provide practical insight. The seminars will focus on building senior and executive-level knowledge and skill in the areas of business valuation, M&A transactions, tax and compliance planning, audit concerns, financial reporting needs and much more. Enrollment for each session is limited and may offer CLE credits when available. Upcoming session topics include: Valuing Customer Relationships, Stock Appreciation Rights (SAR) Agreements, Understanding Transfer Pricing, and Value Improvements When Considering a Potential Sale.
