BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that it will construct a new, full-service branch in Suamico at 1838 Cardinal Lane.

The 1,750-square-foot branch will open to the public in Spring 2016, and will feature an updated design concept and new technology that will offer customers more convenient banking and extended hours. The Howard Piggly Wiggly branch (2465 Lineville Rd.) will close next spring and the branch staff will transfer to the new location, which is located less than a quarter mile away.

“At North Shore Bank, we are always working to provide the best experience and the most convenient banking options for our valued customers,” said Kerri Collins, district manager for North Shore Bank’s North Region. “We’re excited about the new Cardinal Lane branch’s innovative design and exciting features, and we know the community will embrace these changes as well.”

The branch will feature teller pods instead of a traditional teller line, as well as cutting-edge technology, including a drive-up remote teller machine, self-serve coin counter, kiosk technology, video conferencing capabilities with mortgage experts and more. Concierge and Personal Bankers will be on hand to help customers who prefer face-to-face assistance with their banking transactions, but the new technology and enhanced branch designs will allow customers more flexible options, including extended banking hours.

Details about the new branch, including hours, grand opening events and more will be announced next spring.
