Integrated marketing agency recognized at National Small Agency Conference & Awards in Boston

MADISON, Wis. (August 3, 2015) – On Thursday evening, Hiebing was called to the stage of Boston’s Westin Copley Place to accept Ad Age’s Small Agency Award for Best Midwest Agency. President Dave Florin was on hand to make remarks, thanking those involved for making the achievement possible.

Ad Age, the leading global source of news, intelligence and conversation for the marketing and media community, invited Hiebing to attend their conference and awards ceremony to celebrate the accomplishment.

Winning the award for Best Midwest Agency speaks to the spirit of the agency and the people within its four walls. Hiebing operates as a privately held marketing communications company of 78 storytellers, with 21 of those partners in the agency. As agency of record, Hiebing has helped Culver’s grow from a regional fast-food chain to one with 549 locations in 22 states; transform Schneider from a sales-driven trucking company into a global logistics thought leader; and elevate multiple specialty food brands in the Kerry Ingredients portfolio to become premium brand experiences. Founded in Madison in 1981, Hiebing lays claim to more than three decades of marketing experience. The integrated agency has grown significantly in recent years, averaging double-digit revenue growth each year since 2009. In that five-year span, the company has also increased its full-time staff by nearly 40 percent. Such growth and plans for future growth – including a current client portfolio that blends local, regional and national brands such as Culver’s, Schneider, highly lauded Hyatt properties, Saris and Fiskars – ultimately led Hiebing’s leadership team to open a second office in Austin, Texas, in 2014.
