Greenfire Management Services, LLC: Hires Tom Heinrich, estimator

Milwaukee, WI, September 9, 2015–Greenfire Management Services, LLC (GMS) announced today the hiring of Tom Heinrich as an Estimator.

Tom has nearly 20 years of experience in managing construction projects from preconstruction to completion. Tom’s extensive resume includes projects up to $25 million within the retail, residential, automotive, commercial and industrial markets.

Throughout Tom’s career he has successfully managed construction projects throughout the Midwest and Southern United States. His involvement in projects consisted of predevelopment, budget projections and client presentations, design process monitoring, project bidding, negotiation of contracts, construction project management and project close-out.

Heinrich received his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Since it was formed in 2010 as a subsidiary of the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC), Greenfire has grown into a leading construction management and owner representation firm. Greenfire’s portfolio includes major construction projects for some of the Midwest and Wisconsin’s most successful property developers, as well as the Forest County Potawatomi Tribe.

Greenfire currently has 20 employees and currently has an opening for a superintendent and a project engineer.
