Glendale (August 5, 2015) – First Bank Financial Centre (FBFC), a community bank that has served southeastern Wisconsin since 1859, is opening a full-service branch in Glendale. This newest office will be the 14th branch location for the bank, and its second to open this year.

Located at 5555 North Port Washington Road in Glendale, FBFC’s newest office will provide convenient access to area residents and businesses looking for a locally-based, community banking partner. At 3,100 square feet, the branch will offer a full suite of retail banking services, business and mortgage lending, and wealth management.

“We are excited to open this new location, and to introduce ourselves to the residents and businesses of the North Shore,” says Mark W. Mohr, president and CEO of First Bank Financial Centre.

“We’ve seen tremendous success with our Mequon and Grafton locations, and with the addition of our downtown Milwaukee office earlier this year, Glendale is a key market for us along the I-43 corridor.”

FBFC’s move to Glendale follows several years of growth for the bank. Since 2010, the bank has opened seven new branch locations and, in 2014, completed a 25,000 square foot addition to its Oconomowoc headquarters. In the past three years, FBFC has grown its commercial and retail loan business to lend more than $1 billion.

“We’re proud of our recent successes,” says Mohr. “Many residents and business owners prefer to work with a locally-based financial partner, and we fill that need nicely. We’ve been locally based for over 155 years, and we’re pleased to bring our community-bank model to Glendale.”

FBFC will open the Glendale location toward the end of 2015.

Headquartered in Oconomowoc, First Bank Financial Centre (FBFC) is a full-service community bank focused on meeting the financial needs of local businesses and individuals. The bank has served southeastern Wisconsin since 1859 and has 13 full-service branch locations and six loan offices. The bank’s executive team and its 250-plus employees are committed to contributing to the success and vitality of the communities they serve.
