Davis & Kuelthau Attorney, Brad Page, Appointed As Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Physicians Realty Trust

MILWAUKEE, WI – The Wisconsin law firm of Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. today announced Bradley D. Page, real estate and corporate attorney, has been chosen by firm client, Physicians Realty Trust, as their Senior Vice President and General Counsel beginning February 1, 2015. Brad currently maintains an active practice representing clients in commercial real estate development, commercial lending, corporate and construction industries, and recently served as President of Davis & Kuelthau. His last day with the firm is anticipated to be January 15, 2015.

Since joining the firm in 1995, Page has represented businesses in all areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending, corporate and construction transactions. His practice includes acquisition, development, leasing and sales of healthcare, retail, office, multifamily and industrial properties. He has extensive experience negotiating contracts, leases, organizational documents, real estate documents, financing documents and other agreements with national retail tenants, healthcare providers, financial institutions, municipalities, and owners of real property.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Page’s success and contributions to the legal industry have most recently been recognized by the Best Lawyers® in America as a Best Lawyer® in the area of Real Estate Law for the 2015 edition as well as by Chambers USA.

For his honourable dedication to the U.S. Army, Page retired in 2004 as a lieutenant colonel and proudly earned the Legion of Merit Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal, among other awards.
