Milwaukee, WI – Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full-service design/build firm with offices in Milwaukee and Appleton, Wisconsin, announced Jan. 29 the following new projects:
Consolidated Construction will design and build two new Xperience Fitness centers in Waukesha and Greenfield. In Waukesha, 31,500 square feet of the former Kmart at 120 E. A temporary workout and sales space will be created in the same center to accommodate members while the gym undergoes more permanent construction. This location will feature a three-lane saltwater pool, large cardio deck, cardio cinema, group fitness room, child care and 24-hour accessibility. Property owners plan additional interior and exterior renovations to the rest of the shopping center and parking lot. (www.myxperiencefitness.com)
