Company growth fuels new locations
Elm Grove, Wis. – (April 2, 2015) – ActionCOACH Business Coaching (ActionCOACH), the nation’s leading business coaching firm, is pleased to announce plans to open offices in Pewaukee, Wis. and in downtown Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. The announcement is in response to the company’s unprecedented growth and its ongoing commitment to meet the needs of its clients and grow businesses throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Both offices will offer a full range of services and complement its headquarters and only current location in Elm Grove, Wis.
ActionCOACH has an active client roster of more than 110 southeastern Wisconsin businesses, an all-time high since becoming a business in 2004. In the last two years, the company has seen a 31 percent growth overall and is on track to outpace last year with the additional office locations, more business coaches and an increase in marketing efforts. The company is currently hiring with plans to add 10 business coaches and support staff in 2015. Over the last 10 years, ActionCOACH business coaches have worked with nearly 1,000 business owners and CEOs to increase their profits, build a better team and ultimately create more jobs in southeastern Wisconsin.

The company signed a long-term lease with the Foundations Bank Center, located at N35 W23877 Highfield Ct., Suite 201, in Pewaukee. The 2,027-square-foot office includes ample meeting room space, including a large seminar room to host client workshops, speaking engagements and special events. The office will be led by ActionCOACH Certified Business Coach Rick Appleby and will house up to five additional coaches and support staff. The move-in date is projected to be May 1, 2015.
The company’s downtown Milwaukee location will be at the Hudson Business Lounge and Café, located at 310 E. Buffalo St. The office environment at the Hudson will provide ActionCOACH a flexible working environment while the company searches for a permanent location in downtown Milwaukee. As a Tier 2 member, ActionCOACH will utilize Hudson’s shared services, including the potential to collaborate with other professionals as part of the building’s engaging lecture and seminar series. The office is scheduled to officially open May 1, 2015.
