University of Wisconsin alumni and fans are traveling to the 2014 NCAA Men’s Basketball Final Four with the Wisconsin Alumni Association (WAA) and UW Athletics. About 600 Wisconsin alumni and fans will take part in the Wisconsin Final Four Tour in North Texas, beginning Friday, April 4. More than 5,000 Wisconsin fans are expected for pre-game festivities.
Reporters and photographers are invited to talk with alumni and fans at any of the following events from April 4-8. (All times local to event.) Media credentials may be requested.

-Hello, Texas: April 4. Reporters can talk with Badger alumni and fans in cardinal and white as they arrive at the Final Four Experience hotel. Wisconsin Hospitality desk, 12 noon-8 p.m., Hilton Anatole, 2201 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas.
-Final Four Tailgate & Pep Rally: April 5, 12 noon-3 p.m. Alumni and fans will show their Badger spirit at the official Wisconsin Pep Rally. Fans will get fired up with VIP Badger appearances, the UW Spirit Squad, UW Band and of course, Bucky Badger. Arlington Convention Center, 1200 Ballpark Way, Arlington. Free admission, open to all.
-WAA: North Texas Chapter: The team will be greeted by a proud Wisconsin alumni community, led by the WAA: North Texas Chapter. Chapter President Bridget Brock, a 2002 graduate, is available to talk about alumni interest in the Final Four and the activities of the WAA: North Texas Chapter. Brock is at bmbrock@uwalumni.com. -Final Four Game Watch Parties: April 5 and April 7. Thousands of Wisconsin alumni across the nation will gather with fellow Badger fans and WAA Alumni Chapters to watch the conclusion of the Big Dance. See uwalumni.com/gamewatch for locations across Wisconsin and in dozens of other U.S. locations.
The WAA: North Texas Chapter will host its premier game watch event at WORK Bar & Grill, 2618 Elm St., Dallas. Local alumni will also gather at Fox and Hound, 1001 NE Green Oaks Boulevard, Arlington; and Lakewoods 1st and 10, 6465 E. Mockingbird Lane, #316, Dallas.
